GOLDEN TEMPLE OF MYSORE
Bylakuppe is a Tibetitan Refugee resettlement of Dickyi Larsoe and Lugsum samdupling established in 1961.
The golden temple is located in Bylakuppe and it serves as a home for many Tibetans.

The divine festival Sagadawa is celebrated by the people of Bylakuppe in May/june.
Buddha jayanti is celebrated in june.
Dalai Lama's Birthday on 6th july.
The golden temple is one of the major tourist attraction Mysore.
Golden Temple is peaceful place and it takes people away from noisy streets.
The temple consists of three Buddha statues that have been painted gold and they seem to be beautiful.
The statues are placed above the altar and it is 40 feet each and they are named as Buddha, Amitayus and Padmasambhava.
